Professional tennis player from Ecuador named Emilio Gómez Estrada primarily competes on the ATP Challenger Tour. He is presently Ecuador’s top tennis player. His highest ATP singles ranking was No. 90 on February 20, 2023, and his highest doubles ranking was No. 254 on September 14, 2015. On March 4, 2016, he defeated Adam Hornby of Barbados in a Davis Cup match by a score of 6-0, 6-0, 6-0, becoming one of two players that day to win by that margin at a tournament for the first time since 2011.

After winning his first championship at the 2019 Tallahassee Tennis Challenger in Florida, he rose to the top 200 on April 29, 2019.
