The World Shooting Para Sports (WSPS) World Cup 2022 took place in Changwon, South Korea on August 18 and continued till 24th August 2022. India ended their campaign winning one gold, four silver, and five bronze medals. India had sent a 14-member contingent to the Changwon World Cup 2022. Tokyo Paralympic medallists Avani Lekhara and Singhraj Adhana led the team from the front. Avani started India’s campaign with a Silver in Women’s 10m Rifle SH1. She topped the qualification round with a score of 626.1 and finished second, scoring 247.8 in the final. Singhraj grabbed the maximum number of medals (4), including a bronze in the individual event and two silver in team events. Rahul Jakhar was the only gold medallist for India in P3 Mixed 25m Pistol SH1.
