The greatest Olympian of all time is undoubtedly Michael Phelps. Phelps was born on June 30th, 1985, in Baltimore. Following his parents’ divorce, his mother Deborah raised him together with his sisters Whitney and Hilary. He began to take swimming seriously after joining the North Baltimore Aquatic Club at the age of seven.
Phelps has taken part in five Olympics starting from 2000 to 2016. Although he couldn’t earn a single medal in his first edition of the games, he went on to script history in the subsequent editions. Phelps is known for specializing in Butterfly swimming, although he is equally skilled in the 100 and 200-metre freestyle and individual medleys. Phelps made his final swim as the best of all time at the age of 31. He announced his retirement a few days later after completing his fifth Olympic cycle with five golds and a silver medal in the Rio Olympics 2016.
He has clinched a total of 34 medals which includes 27 golds, 6 silvers, and 1 bronze in the history of the World Championships. He became the most successful athlete in world championship history, owing to his seven gold medals and four individual world records at the 2007 World Championships. Michael Phelps won the titles of American Swimmer of the Year ‘nine’ times, World Swimmer of the Year ‘seven’ times, and FINA Swimmer of the Year in 2012.

Nicole Johnson is an American model and beauty queen. She was Miss California USA 2010 and participated in the Miss USA competition.

Nicole Johnson was born on July 12, 1985, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her mother Annette was a science teacher, while her father Richard worked as a pharmaceutical sales manager. She moved to Westlake Village, California, before entering middle school after spending her early childhood in Pennsylvania. In 2003, she graduated from Westlake High School. Johnson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, concentrating in sports and entertainment, with honors from the University of Southern California in 2007.

Johnson, a Moorpark College student, intended to transfer to the University of Southern California and believed the scholarship would help her pay for her school. Johnson, who had previously finished as the first runner-up in the 2007 competition, took home the Miss California USA 2010 crown in November 2009. She later participated in the Miss USA 2010 pageant, which was held in Las Vegas, and finished in ninth place.
Nicole Johnson and Michael Phelps met for the first time at the 2007 ESPY Awards. They began dating in 2009 and split up briefly before the 2012 Summer Olympics and again reunited in 2014. Michael Phelps and Johnson got engaged on February 21, 2015. The couple exchanged vows in a private ceremony on June 13, 2016.
