The game between the Vegas Golden Knights and Arizona Coyotes will take place at the T-Mobile Arena on Thursday, November 17 at 10:00 PM ET.
The Vegas Golden Knights will welcome the Arizona Coyotes to the TD Garden for an NHL game on Thursday. The Knights put up a good fight but fell 5-2 to San Jose Sharks on Wednesday. Jack Eichel and Jonathan Marchessault scored for Vegas. Logan Thompson, who had his six-game win streak snapped, stopped 24 shots.
“Our special teams in general let us down late,” Vegas coach Bruce Cassidy said. “A lot of your top guys are on that. But I thought the second goal gave them life and that should never happen if you’re a good hockey club and take care of business in front of your net early in the period.”
Arizona Coyotes put up a good fight but fell to a tight 4-1 loss against the New York Rangers on Monday. Clayton Keller scored for Arizona, which has lost consecutive games after winning the first three on their season-high 14-game road trip. Connor Ingram had 23 saves. Fox made it 2-0 just 1:18 later with his fifth goal after the Coyotes had more chances than the Rangers for much of the first two periods.
Artemi Panarin had his team-leading 17th assist on the play, giving him 22 points on the season. “We came with a lot of urgency, we played well,” Coyotes coach Andre Tourigny said. ”But we lost momentum on our power play.″
