The game between the Ottawa Senators and Philadelphia Flyers will take place at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Canada on Saturday, November 5 at 7:00 PM ET.
The Ottawa Senators will welcome the Philadelphia Flyers to the Canadian Tire Centre for an NHL game on Saturday. Ottawa were narrowly beaten in their last game as they lost 5-4 to the Vegas Golden Knights. Claude Giroux and Tim Stutzle scored two goals each as Ottawa were not able to overcome the Golden Knights.
Senators coach DJ Smith said after the game, “If you play like the way we played in the second and third period you’re going to win a lot of games. There’s no such thing as moral victories in sports, but you get that effort from the guys that we got tonight and you’ll start winning a lot of hockey games.”
The Philadelphia Flyers on the other hand lost their last game 5-2 to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Joel Farabee and Owen Tippett scored the goals for the Flyers in a losing effort. Goaltender Felix Sandstrom finished the game with 39 saves and a save percentage of .886. Joel Farabee said after the game, “Effort was there. Execution could have probably been a little bit better.”
