The game between the Edmonton Oilers and Los Angeles Kings will take place at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Canada on Wednesday, November 16 at 10:00 PM ET.
The Edmonton Oilers will welcome the Los Angeles Kings to Rogers Place for an NHL game on Wednesday. Edmonton beat the Florida Panthers 4-2 in their last game. Tyson Barrie scored two goals while Warren Foegele and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins added one goal each as the Oilers ran out comfortable winners and registered their ninth win of the season.
Two goal hero Tyson Barrie spoke after the game and said, “It’s big for our team. We’ve kind of been up and down, up and down. We want to find some consistency in our game. So, you know, after a game in Carolina, where we maybe feel like we didn’t have our best It was nice to come back and have a good performance.”
The Los Angeles Kings on the other hand narrowly lost out to the Calgary Flames 6-5 in their last game. Arthur Kaliyev had a good game as he scored two goals with Kevin Fiala, Adrian Kempe and Anze Kopitar scoring one each as the Kings fell to their seventh loss of the season.
Kings center Phillip Danault said, “We played one of our worst games defensively. We gave up too many rushes. We did that to ourselves. Lost the game in the first period. We weren’t sharp enough mentally.”
