The defending Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche appears to be back on track. The Avalanche, bolstered by a stream of players returning from injury, head into Calgary on Wednesday for his away game against the Flames. A 1-6-1 draw could be the much-anticipated turnaround for a team currently outside the playoff spots. The last month hasn’t been good for Colorado, but the Avalanche are on a winning streak and it looks like he’s finally coming off a five-game losing streak.

Colorado has not lost more than one goal in his 2023, with the team leading 5-0 with him, and on Monday the Detroit Reds won the Flames last after his 6-3 victory over the Wings.
