The NBA trade has opened up many rumor’s, the latest of the week being about Brooklyn Nets Star Point guard James Harden being traded to Philadelphia 76ers.

Vince Goodwill in conversation with Chris Haynes on the yahoo sports NBA podcast spoke out that he believes the Brooklyn Nets have an offer on the table from the Philadelphia 76ers that includes Tyrese Maxey and Ben Simmons being traded to the Nets.

The offer the Philadelphia 76ers has in place for the nets looks to be a good one as it includes young point guard Tyrese Maxey who has grown up in ranks this season along with three time NBA ALL- Star Ben Simmons.

James Harden is one of the top scorers in the league the nets might look to go in for the title hunt for this season with their top three-star players in the form of Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and Harden.

The trio has quite the bond and the understanding with each other having played together last season the Nets may or may not go in for the trade before the trade with the deadline on Feb 10th.

The Nets might look to trade Harden in the offseason as Harden’s productivity and the scoring rate has gone down in the recent seasons and He is about to turn 33 years old in August this year which is also a factor the Nets might consider heading into the trade.

WILL JAMES HARDEN END UP PLAYING FOR PHILADELPHIA 76ERS

Joel Embiid and James Harden’s combination can bolster the chances of the Philadelphia 76ers road to the NBA title and their combination will make the 76ers an elite title contender.

Tyrese Maxey has very good bonding with Joel Embiid on and off the court and his trade to the nets could be a bit of worry for the 76ers. Maxey has been averaging 16.5 points shooting at 46.3FG% and 4.6 assists per game.

The other trouble for the 76ers is that they cannot play Maxey, Harden and Seth Curry altogether as it would alter the team combination.

Harden said, “I don’t know about reports,”. “If you didn’t hear it from me, then it’s reported. I’m frustrated because I want to win, and I’m a competitor. It’s pretty simple when asked about the trade rumor’s and reports.

The Current general Manager of the Philadelphia 76ers Daryl Morey was the former GM of the Houston Rockets from 2007 to 2020 acquired James Harden from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Houston Rockets roster which revitalized the franchise.

Morey after becoming the president of basketball operations for the Philadelphia 76ers tried heavily to trade in James Harden as Ben Simmons was ready to get traded to another franchise ultimately the Nets got the deal done trading in Harden.

Ben Simmons is a three-time NBA All-star and two times NBA first-team defender has earned $90 million for his two years tenure with the 76ers and is due around $114 million for the next three seasons.
