The Orlando Magic will welcome the Los Angeles Lakers to American Airlines Center for an NBA game on Tuesday. The Magic won 133-113 in their last game over the Spurs. Cole Anthony had 23 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists, Franz Wagner added 21 points. Paolo Banchero had 18 points and six rebounds, and Mo Bamba broke open a close game with three 3-pointers in a 51-second span in the fourth quarter.
Keldon Johnson led San Antonio with 17 points. Tre Jones had 16 points and eight assists. “Obviously, he was flirting on the triple-double, but the one thing I love the most is he didn’t chase a stat,” Magic coach Jamahl Mosley said. “He respected the game and just went after what we needed to win.”
The Lakers on the other hand lost 124-115 against the Mavericks in their last game. LeBron James scored 38 points, one shy of his season high, and the Lakers led by 12 early in the third before the Mavericks took over.
Wood started the surge with a 3-pointer, and Dallas was within one when Doncic had a chance to challenge James at the rim but passed to Hardaway for a corner 3 and the first Dallas lead at 65-63.
