The Oklahoma City Thunder vs Philadelphia 76ers July will take place at the Vivint Arena on July 7 at 6:00 PM ET
The Oklahoma City Thunder will face off against the Philadelphia 76ers at the Vivint Arena in yet another exciting encounter of the NBA Summer League. Both teams have played two games each and will play this last encounter before going to the Las Vegas leg of the tournament
The Thunder were able to register another thumping win in their game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Unlike his debut, Chet Holmgren did not have a great outing against the Grizzlies. He only managed to score 11 points but contributed with 12 rebounds and 2 blocks. However, his teammate Josh Giddey showed up for the Thunder with a triple-double. The Australian scored 14 points, while also recording 10 rebounds and that many assists. Another player who had an impressive outing was Jalen Williams. The Rookie scored a team-high 16 points while shooting 55.6% from the field. His stellar display helped the Thunder bag an easy 87-71 win on the night.
After facing a defeat in their first game against the Grizzlies, the Philadelphia 76ers bounced back after a hard-fought win over the Utah Jazz on Wednesday. Charles Bassey was the star of the night for them as he scored 17 points and grabbed 9 boards. Trevelin Queen also chipped in with 15 points, while Myles Powell came off the bench to score 13 points for the 76ers. J Robinson tried his best to keep the Jazz in the game. However, his 17-point effort was not enough to prevent an 86-82 loss for them on the night.
