At the Asian Games 2022, the men’s hockey will be played from September 24 to October 6, 2023, at the Gongshu Canal Sports Park Stadium.
At the Asian Games, Field Hockey was inaugurated for the first time in 1958 in Tokyo, Japan. Since 1958, the men’s hockey has been an integral part of the Asian Games. The sport has been dominated by Pakistan, having claimed eight titles. South Korea has been the second-most successful nation in the competition’s history. At the Asian Games 2022, the men’s hockey will be played from September 24 to October 6, 2023, at the Gongshu Canal Sports Park Stadium. The last year witnessed Japan winning the title, defeating Malaysia in the penalty shootout.
