The Mediheal Championship 2022 will be held from October 3 to October 9, 2022, in Somis, California. About 120 players will be competing at the Saticoy Club for a $1.8 million purse. The inaugural edition of the championship took place at the Lake Merced Golf Club, an adjacent suburb to the south of San Francisco in 2018. In the debut edition, New Zealand’s Lydia Ko defeated Minjee Lee in the play-off. The 2021 edition was won by Matilda Castren from Finland who also became the first Finnish woman to win an LPGA Tour. The tournament changed its venue in 2022 to the Saticoy club and switched from May to October.
