The BMW PGA Championships 2022 will kick off at the Wentworth Club near London with six days of action-packed contests, starting from Sept 6, 2022. The fourth Rolex Series tournament of the 2022 DP World Tour season has attracted a star-studded golf line-up from all over the world. FedEx Cup winner Rory McIlroy, U.S. Open champion Matt Fitzpatrick, defending champion Billy Horschel, Major winners Jon Rahm (ESP), Justin Rose (ENG), Shane Lowry (IRL), and Francesco Molinari (ITA) are to name a few. Ryder Cup star Tommy Fleetwood of England will also join the elites. The BMW PGA Championship also begins off qualification for the twelve European Ryder Cup slots in 2023. The event will be held at the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Rome from Sept 25 to Oct 1.
The BMW PGA Championship is an annual European Tour men’s professional golf tournament. The Professional Golfers’ Association established it in 1955, and it was initially known as the British PGA Championship. BMW is a Worldwide Partner for this unique team rivalry between Europe and the United States, which draws sports enthusiasts across the world.

The Practice session will take place on Sept 6. While the most anticipated Pro-Am will be held on Sept 7. The Round one action will begin at 6:45 am in the morning on Thursday. The final group will be out at 2:45 pm. The morning groups and afternoon groups will start from 8 am and 1:15 pm (to be confirmed).
