Vietnam on the other hand is already eliminated and will play for their pride on Tuesday. They would have been bracing themselves for a heavy defeat after Portugal established a two-goal advantage inside 21 minutes. However, Vietnam showed great character and fight to restrict their European opponents to just two goals. Their first appearance at the Women’s World Cup is set to come to an end on Tuesday. Vietnam will be looking to produce a competitive performance against the Dutch before heading home.
