In a recent livestream, Dynamo discussed the high cost of running a team and his frustrations with past experiences. During his livestream, Dynamo stated that operating an esports team comes with a significant financial burden. He estimated that a player’s salary would cost anywhere between 1.5 to 2 lakhs. He further explained that, as the sole operator of the team, he was responsible for the operational costs of everything from bootcamps to player salaries. Dynamo recounted how much he had spent in the last two to three years, saying that he could have bought a mansion with six to seven bedrooms in Delhi with that much money. He even suggested that the team members should all contribute to keep the BGMI lineup operational, but no one stepped forward.

Dynamo also shared his frustrations with managing an esports team. He recounted how certain members of Hydra Clan did not step up to help out the organization when it was needed the most. This incident changed his perspective towards managing and operating an esports team. He explained that he could not handle everything alone and needed help from others. Dynamo stated that he was tired of doing everything repeatedly by himself.
Dynamo emphasized that he wants to focus on his personal goals and entertain his audience. He wants to do things for himself, his parents, and his fans. He does not want to be burdened by the responsibilities of managing an esports team. Dynamo also mentioned that he is not planning to revive Hydra Esports anytime soon, but if BGMI gets unbanned and returns, he may reconsider his decision.
Dynamo’s decision to step back from operating an esports team is due to the high cost of running a team, his frustrations with past experiences, and his personal goals.
