Patrick assured her that her mistrust remained unchanged. Knowing how other people handled Yumiella, he couldn’t blame her. Patrick confided with Yumiella that he felt embarrassed to have explained it. However, he had no intention of using her power.
Yumiella would have cut ties with him if he had done that, he reminded her. He informed her that Patrick’s plans would not be beneficial to her.
Regardless of her level, he assured Yumiella that he would be by her side. Yumiella assured him that he should not be concerned, since she could readily retract her support if such a thing occurred.
The results of their midterms were in, and Patrick had done exceptionally well once again, and Yumiella had also performed admirably. According to what Patrick told Yumiella, she was good in exams.
Yumiella was grateful, although she preferred not to discuss it. The reason being, she excelled solely in that area. There were two annual examinations at the Royal Academy: one in the summer and one in the final week of classes.
Yumiella felt the courses were easy as they were on history and law. She managed to get perfect scores once more.
