Anno cautions Unrepair and his Under minions in Undead Unluck Episode 23 not to impede Andy and Fuko’s advancement. He threatens to murder them if they do. We next go into Anno’s past, when he was Akira Kuno. We find out about his mother’s influence on him, his fascination with manga, and his run-in with the G-Liner Artifact.
This meeting taught Anno the reality of what has happened and will happen in the world. Because of this, he feels compelled to return home and depict Andy, Fuko, and the others in drawings for his mother to see. Anno discovers he has transformed into a hidden Negator as he attempts to show his mother these drawings.
“To You, From Me” is a one-shot manga he’s working on to get his name out there. He enters it in a competition and comes out on top. In the midst of her duties at Shueisha, Anno wonders aloud whether Andy and the others are actually real. While exploring the woods of Japan, he spots Andy. He is talking to a girl, he overhears their chat.
While they are talking, Anno has the epiphany that everyone’s fate is sad. This makes him want to write a new manga so that Andy and the others can find out what might happen in the future. But since he doesn’t want to derail anyone’s progress, he chooses to incorporate certain future events into his fiction.
Currently, Andy and Fuko have arrived at the location. Anno orders Andy to destroy Unrepair’s ally Unseen using Deadline. Fuko would have died, according to Anno, if he hadn’t instructed Andy to do it. Andy and Fuko confront the remaining members of Under. In order to capture Autumn, Fuko suggests that Unrepair and she collaborate. Refusing to divulge any information regarding Ark, Unrepair nevertheless offers to collaborate with the two.
