The fans are excited for Kengan Omega Chapter 258 which will be out soon. For the sake of saving Ohma and Ryuki, Kazuo seems to have consented to take part in Shen Wulong’s dubious scheme. But it’s hard to tell if this is good or bad based on Kazuo’s response.
A showdown between Gilbert Wu and Kure Raian could change the balance of power in the Westward Faction. At the same time, Kazuo’s unidentified mission for Shen Wulong could call for additional investigation into Shen’s unconventional schemes or some other kind of assistance from him.

At the bar, Shen returns to Kazuo to discuss his bold proposition, and the story picks up where it left off. The separation of Shen’s awareness from the “other” part of himself, whom he calls Tiger, is his ultimate objective. He intends to take half of Tiger’s brain and give it to Ohma, and half to Ryuki. The idea behind this brain transplant is to use the clones to give both warriors Shen’s incredible fighting skills.
Kazuo is strongly against Shen’s plan since, in his opinion, even with today’s medical technology, the treatment would never be effective. Unfazed, Shen shares his hope for better medical technology in the future and suggests band-aid treatments like yo-yo breathing exercises for Ohma and Ryuki.
Confronting Shen about the ethics of his conduct brings out the worst in Kazuo. He wants to know what would happen to Ohma and Ryuki if a procedure were ever to be available, and Shen appears to have just recently realized that this would entail their deaths. Shen quickly reevaluates the idea in response to Kazuo’s persistent questions and then decides to abandon it, subject to one condition, on Kazuo’s behalf.
In the meanwhile, Kengan Omega Chapter 257 covers what happens after Willem Wu meets Kure Raian. Gilbert Wu mourns Willem’s death as the cleanup crew from the Westward Faction arrives to remove the bodies and blood.
