The absence of an in-game leader (IGL) has been a long-standing issue for TSM’s professional Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) team. The Suspension of BGMI in India

Following ARJUN’s departure, TSM did not scout for a new IGL due to the suspension of BGMI in India under Section 69A of the IT Act 2000. The suspension was lifted recently, and all Indian teams resumed playing the game and practicing scrims.

TSM’s Search for a New IGL

TSM started scouting for a new IGL after the suspension of the game was lifted. Fans speculated that Nigma Galaxy’s former BGMI professional player DreamS could be the potential IGL of the team. However, in a recent livestream, NinjaJOD clarified that the team did not have an IGL and was holding tryouts to fill the position.

TSM’s Performance Without an IGL

Despite the lack of an IGL, NinjaJOD mentioned that the team was performing well without one. He also assured the viewers that the team has been taking tryouts to fill the position of IGL and that they would inform their audience when they get one. Some viewers were concerned about how the team could get appropriate practice in scrims without an IGL. However, NinjaJOD assured them that the team was practicing really well and that everything would be alright once the game returned. He also mentioned that the team was playing casually just to fight, and it was not like they were completely messing up.

TSM’s Slump in BGMI Journey

After the departure of SHADOW, TSM has faced a slump in its BGMI journey. With SHADOW’s inclusion on the team, TSM won the Nodwin x Loco All Stars Invitational, which was a LAN event. However, with his absence, the team struggled to put on a decent performance, leading to a mediocre performance in the BGMI Masters Series, where it finished in 22nd position.
