In contrast to the high caliber of the man before him, Zaha comes across as odd. The protagonist, though, couldn’t help but wonder why the sword demon would take a womanizer under his wing.
You may remember this womanizer from his earlier attempts to deceive Zaha. He and the ladies he’d brought along had run across MC, and the latter accepted his offer of refreshments. The womanizer was about to learn the hard way that playing along with the con artist was a bad idea, but MC opted to play along anyhow.
But Zaha wasn’t looking for a level playing field. The man and his friends were drinking wine that he had spiked. The womanizer he had provoked into a fight eventually realized that he had diarrhea. But the womanizer wouldn’t let go, and off they went to the dojo, where MC finally met the Sword Demon in person.

In the opening of Chapter 85 of The Return of the Crazy Demon, the womanizer approaches his master and requests permission to utilize the Dojo for a fight. The master ignored the fight and returned his attention to shaping his wooden blade. Not giving any thought to them or the reasons they desire to fight.
MC immediately recognized the man and challenged him to a fight upon first sight. The grandfather considered it, but ultimately declined because he knew MC wasn’t yet ready to face him in a fair fight. However, MC was aware of this and had already stated that he would not be battling the disciple.
The sword demon invited MC to join him and study him up close. Zaha agreed and sat down next to the stranger, who immediately began observing him. The elderly guy quickly realized that MC had learned swordsmanship on his own.
In Chapter 86 of Return of the Crazy Demon, Zaha and the sword demon continue their information exchange. There will be more insults about how unsuited Sword Demon’s student is for his teacher from the two. To put it mildly, the messaging at this time, or in this setting, is a little off. Perhaps we’re making too much of it, though.
