Kyotaro finds out that Kana and his parents are watching him talk on her phone in Episode 7 of Season 2 of The Dangers In My Heart. They have a quick discussion over the speech, and Kana recite a passage that encourages Kyotaro to remember what Yamada told Haruya. Kyotaro questions Yamada’s “truly” feelings for him when they’re in class. The basketball team invites Yamada to a karaoke session.

Kyotaro becomes involved after finding out the boy’s basketball team is participating. Eventually, Kyotaro and Yamada get back together during this disaster, and they briefly discuss her chat with Haruya. The next day at school, Hara runs into Kyotaro and Yamada after some hilarious karaoke antics.

She extends an invitation for them to join her and Kanzaki for a White Day vacation to Sweets Paradise. Hara sees Kyotaro on White Day while riding the train. While they cover a lot of ground, Kyotaro’s worries about what to get Yamada take center stage. Hara has a few ideas, but Kyotaro isn’t sure about any of them. When Yamada and Kanzaki show there, the group has a humorous miscommunication.

But they fix things quickly. Kanzaki attempts to coerce Hara into eating more food at Sweet’s Paradise after noticing that she isn’t eating enough. Nonetheless, Kanzaki handles the issue professionally after hearing Kyotaro’s comments, which leads to Hara happily eating more food and Kanzaki giving Hara a beautiful gift.

Kanzaki reveals that Kyotaro Yamada helped him select an item in another room. Kyotaro feels a twinge of jealousy as a result of this. Kyotaro and Kanzaki talk about how much they love each female while our heroes go for a walk. Then Hara steps in and makes up a reason to separate the pair.

Continuing their conversation from earlier in the chapter, Yamada and Kyotaro decide to return to the park they visited. Their conversation revolves around Hara and Kanzaki’s private time together. In the midst of Yamada’s ramblings, Kyotaro offers Yamada a muffin. Taking it from him, Yamada happily begins to nibble on it.
