Every Pokemon type in Pokémon has its own set of weaknesses, but some have emerged as being significantly more vulnerable than others. One such group is the Pokemon of the Rock type, with players reuniting to discuss the introduction of an item that might address a flaw that only Rock types have. An idea for a new item called Bubble Level, which increases the accuracy and critical hit rates for Rock and Ground-type moves, was posted on Reddit on June 22 by a player.

The Fissure one-hit knockout move would not be included in the boosts because they would only be available to grounded targets. If you need more information about The biggest issue with Rock types that has inspired Pokémon players to create a new item, then read carefully, and don’t forget to share with your friends.

The biggest issue with Rock types has inspired Pokémon players to create a new item:

Given that Rock types have never had a physical attack that was both powerful and accurate, the accuracy boost for Rock-type moves is the most important benefit of this item. Typically, players must rely on either Stone Edge, which has an accuracy of 80%, or Rock Slide, which has an accuracy of 90%. This doesn’t exactly seem fair considering that Flutter Mane can launch a Moonblast with pinpoint accuracy and that Earthquake has the same base power as Stone Edge but guarantees a hit.

Finally allowing Rock types to use moves without the worry of missing their target would be possible with a held item like Bubble Level. Fast Pokémon like Lycanroc in particular might find the accuracy improvement to be very beneficial. The swift Lycanroc would have a greater chance of making its targets flinch before they could even move thanks to the combination of Rock Slide and Bubble Level.

However, by enabling some Rock types to overuse Stone Edge, the critical hit boost could end up making some Rock types too powerful. Stone Edge would be a 100-base power move with full accuracy and an additional crit boost to stack on top of the one it already has with the Bubble Level boosts. This would be destroyed if a powerful Rock-type like Tyranitar had access to it. Since accuracy is one of many drawbacks of using Rock-type Pokémon, some players suggested removing Ground-type moves and dropping the crit boost to keep the item more usable and balanced.
