In light of BGMI’s unavailability, Team SouL’s professional Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) esports team’s players Sahil “Omega” Jakhar and Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal have explored switching to New State Mobile. The idea of playing both games at once was proposed by Omega and Goblin. Omega continued by saying that according to information he has heard, there would be a lot of New State Mobile LAN events in the near future. According to Goblin, playing New State Mobile and taking part in LAN events is preferable to simply sitting still in bootcamp. Team SouL Is Thinking About Leaving BGMI for New State Mobile

Omega and Goblin will consult with the group about switching to New State Mobile

The BGMI pro from Team SouL, Sohail “Hector” Shaikh, participated in the most recent Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile Open India for TeamXSpark as the in-game leader (IGL). With a 16th-place result, the team advanced to the championship round. Earlier this month, Omega participated in BGMI practise scrims alongside Goblin, Hemanth “Ultron” Sethi, and Naman “Neyo.” The participants in this session talked about Hector’s performance at the Snapdragon Pro Series New State Mobile Open India. We sent Hector to gather some information about the game, Omega playfully remarked. Hector will direct us if we decide to participate in New State Mobile esports since there are several tournaments going on.

They might participate in both games at once, Goblin continued. Together, Omega and Goblin determined that they could play and practise BGMI all day long than play a few games of New State Mobile at night. Let’s wait until the announcement of the news is made first. There will be two to three LAN events that follow each other, according to what I’ve heard,” Omega continued. A New State Mobile LAN competition is also being held by Upthrust Esports, according to Goblin after that.

The transfer to New State Mobile, according to Omega, would result in losses for him and Goblin. “Yes, but we will get to have fun in LAN events,” Goblin replied after that. We’ll play LAN games rather than simply sit in the bootcamp. Omega declined to give more information when a fan asked him about the losses they would sustain. As a last statement, Omega said he will talk to the squad about switching from BGMI to New State Mobile.

In July 2022, the Indian government deleted BGMI from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. There has been uncertainty over the game’s return ever since. The game was supposed to come back in January 2023, but this did not occur. New State Mobile has accelerated in light of BGMI’s unavailability. A lot of LAN tournaments for the game have recently taken place, including two significant ones. To take advantage of the greater chances, many BGMI gamers are leaving BGMI and joining New State Mobile.
