Anime fans are ready for Synduality Episode 2 which is soon going to release. In the prior episode, Noir aided Kanata in her battle against the Enders. Tokio warned Kanata that they had to leave immediately because of the rain. Tokio was upset with the old guy because he had predicted rain. Tokio warned all there to evacuate the building immediately. If Tokio wasn’t getting any responses, Mouton inquired. Tokio speculated that the old guy may have gone inside to add to his collection. Tokio questioned Kanata about his purpose for being inside.

Kanata warned that it was foolish to leave her so far away, but Tokio argued that the plan was obviously flawed. Kanata countered that, superficially, she appeared OK. When it started to rain, Tokio knew the tripods would come out, so he requested Mouton to deliver the coffin. Tokio told Kanata to return to the ship after seeing the tripods waiting for them. Tokio warned Kanata, who was carrying the girl, that bringing the machine home was no guarantee that he could fix it.

Previously in Synduality

After Kanata made up his decision, Tokio resolved to pretend to be in his place. When Mouton alerted Tokio that the homing machine gun was out of ammunition, Kanata had already gotten inside and was preparing to start the carrier. When Tokio inquired as to whether or not they had any spares, Kanata informed him that they had exhausted their supply. Kanata questioned Tokio, wondering whether he intended to lure them back to Rock Town.

Tokio assured him that he would once again become the center of attention, but Kanata warned him that doing so would get them expelled. Moving to a larger nest was fine with Tokio. He could not stand by as the tripods launched an assault on his carriage and determined to eliminate them all at once. Tokio and Kanata were able to dispose of the tripods with the aid of Mouton and return home.

Magus

Ange and Ellie went to check on Kanata because he was having trouble fixing the Magus and they discovered him naked in his room. After losing Kanata to a Magus, Ellie became devastated, and Ange comforted her as best she could. The Magus emerged from her long slumber, and Kanata worked to acclimate her to the outside world.

Since the Magus had lost all of her memories and was barely functioning, Kanata took her to Maria in hopes that she could fix her. But before they could examine the Magus internally, Maria had no way of knowing what the problem was.
