When is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor releasing

During the Game Awards 2022, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was announced to launch on march 17, 2023. However, EA has pushed the release date back to April 28, 2023. the game is said to be available for PS5, Xbox Series S | X, and PC.

The first entry in the series was available on previous-gen hardware as well, but that won’t be the case for the new game. The reason for this change is due to a development team’s ambitions in creating a product “at a fidelity that’s much above anything [they’ve] ever developed before,” Game Director Stig Asmussen said.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Editions

Sa players would expect a game of this potential to have multiple editions, and special pre-order bonuses are offered. And with the release of Jedi: Survivor, players will get three options are available with the Standard Deluxe and Collector’s Editions, all with exclusive goodies.

For the Deluxe, players will get two additional in-game cosmetic sets with the ‘New Hero’ and ‘Galactic Hero’ skin sets. As for the Collector’s Edition, players will get in-game items with a functional Cal Kestis replica Lightsaber hilt along with its Magnetic Box.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor plot details

The plot of the game is set five years after the events of the previous game, as “Cal Must stay one step ahead of the Empire’s constant pursuit as he begins to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy” according to Stig Asmussen

Obi-Wan Kenobi fans might have already spotted a familiar foe in the trailer, with the Grand Inquistor showing up in the pursuit of Cal Kestis. The game might also have a brand new character who will help out in combat sequences as Bode Akuna has been locked in as a new AI companion.
