Using a mouse to aim in Warzone is something very obvious process, but things completely change for players who have controllers. Aiming with the help of analog sticks can be daunting at, but that’s where aim assist comes to rescue.

The best aim assist settings make it easier for players using controller to have a better reliable aim by increasing the overall accuracy of their weapons. There are several aim assist settings in the game that players can try, each specializing in a different aspect. Choosing the right setting will often depend on how a player wants to play the game, and there are also a few additional aim assist-related settings that players can adjust for better aiming.

Scale Aim Assist with FOV

This setting configures the aim assist bubble. This bubble allow players to stay consistent with their aiming in the game. Players who wish to have a smooth aim assist experience no matter what their FOV setting is, should have Scale Aim Assist with FOV enabled.

When players disable Scale Aim Assist with FOV, aiming can feel a bit different after switching to a new FOV setting. Usually, many players like playing with higher FOV values between 100 and 115.

Since the default FOV setting in the game is 80, it could eat up some time to getting used to it since player’s point of view will be noticeably different. Increasing the FOV value will enable you to see more of your surroundings. To reduce the time taken to getting the hang of it, turning on the Scale Aim Assist with FOV is the best way, since players won’t have to think about how aiming will feel.
