In the opening scene of Chapter 77 of Return to the Mount Hua Sect, a hungover Chun Myung is sitting in the open air. Jong Yoon began to yell at him, telling him that he wasn’t supposed to finish the bottle. Once all the Hua Shadow Sect gatekeepers have been contacted, Sohaeng tells his father that he has sealed the gate. He questioned whether or not a fight was imminent.
Sohaeng asked his dad for advice, and his dad said, “Let’s fight together now alongside the Mount Hua Sect.” He also said those who want to stay and fight for the group should, while everyone else should go home. If the disciples do make it, his father said, they would be welcomed back. (The Hua Shadow Sect is the more peripheral branch of the Mount Hua Sect.)

In the following panel, Baek Chun begins his speech in the style of a sect leader. He emphasized that they are here in the name of their sect and urged Chung Myung to take a hard stance against the Wudang. Then they all saw that some of the disciples were leaving and others were getting weapons ready. Then, Sohaeng’s father began to make amends for his actions the night before, saying that the Hua Shadow Sect is eager to join the Mount Hua Sect in battle.
Chun Myung told him not to worry about anything and that he would soon get to see him in action. Then, all of a sudden, the Wudang Sect adherent showed up at the door and began attacking. However, Chun Myung rose to his feet and, with a swift palm movement, sent everyone scattering in the opposite direction. The end of Chapter 77 brings us to the climactic confrontation of the next chapter. Return of the Mount Hua Sect Season 2 is now available on Naver for official reading.
