As the chapter opens, Mami expresses her concerns regarding the relationship between Kazuya and Chizuru. As she ventured outdoors, she beheld Chizuru escorting Kazuya’s grandma, who appeared content as they carried shopping bags.
Because Mami still has love for Kazuya, she is afraid that he may get back together with Chizuru. She can’t help but wonder if Chizuru’s closeness to Kazuya’s grandma is an exception or if the entire family simply approves of her as a lover.
In the meanwhile, Kazuya learns that his grandma had hired Chizuru out for the day so she and Kazuya could go shopping. He is still confused about the current status of his relationship with Chizuru, thus his discovery comes as a devastating blow.
On top of that, he wouldn’t have much of a chance to make things right if his granny said something hurtful to her on their date. He was concerned that the Kinoshita family, who are renting Chizuru out to discuss private matters, could have a negative impression of her.
After he departs from his grandmother’s house, Yaemori, who is wearing a relatively short school uniform, greets him. Even though it’s only early, Kazuya already has to remind himself not to look at anything unpleasant. Yaemori tells him she’s cosplaying when he asks her why she’s wearing the uniform.
She inquires as to whether he happens to be available, as she plans to attend an event called “Saleholics” and dress up as a salesgirl for the occasion. While Kazuya initially rejects the idea that he can’t help but be smitten with Chizuru, he eventually gives in and agrees.
They head to Yaemori’s residence to ask for her help when she mentions that she will also be bringing Chizuru. Asking Chizuru to accompany her and assist with sales, she implores her to do so. Cosplaying and running errands here and there were all that was required of her.
