In the pilot, the story, artwork, and animation all give the impression of a high-quality fantasy isekai. It used to be great, but now it just feels like a PowerPoint presentation with a generic plot. The animation and art quality declined significantly. It was like watching a slideshow; the plot was moving at a snail’s pace. I really hope they can maintain a decent pace.
The episode that aired tonight was, well, boom bam. Frankly, I find stock syndrome themes to be somewhat strange. But I am able to digest it. It amazes me that Goburou could consume those people. I suppose it’s moot now since he’s a goblin.
Naturally, Goburou discovers a spare limb amid those valuables. My original assumption was that he would undergo another evolutionary stage and get a new limb. The interspecies orgy at the episode’s conclusion was the last thing I was expecting after Goburou’s five-hour frolic with a Dryad. Witnessing a real harem MC performing his harem is refreshing.
