Because they have common interests, our hero Ragna, a hunter, teams up with a mystery character called Crimson. Though Ragna doesn’t know Crimson’s true intentions, he thinks he’ll help him fulfill his lifetime goal of wiping out dragons.

Episode 23 of Ragna Crimson features Borgius stepping in to demand that Ultimatia join him in his side during the struggle between Crimson and herself. Shortly after, Chimera begins to reflect about her bond with Snake. Snake attacks Borgius, Ultimatia, and Crimson after assuming control of Chimera’s body. He expresses regret to Crimson for carrying out the attack.
In his last moments, Borgius implores Kamui to watch over Ultimatia before he dies. Ike cuts Borgius’ head off. Ultimatia eliminates one of Ike’s comrades as Kamui reveals his real might during his fight with Ragna. Ultimatia begins to intermittently unleash energy blasts throughout the battlefield as a result of Nazarena’s stabbing her in the skull.
A brilliant burst of lightning envelops the area as Kamui uses his Lightning God Battle Arts Technique. A memory from his past involving Gilzea, the Clawed Monarch, comes flooding back to us. It reveals Gilzea’s relationship to Kamui and her strength. After that, we’ll go back to covering Kamui’s fight with Ragna. After beheading Ragna, Kamui announces his intention to eliminate Gilzea and the Dragon God.
With his light source engulfing the region, Ragna reattaches his head. Ultimatia casually strolls over to their fight while thinking back on her first meeting with Kamui. Upon the conclusion of that flashback, Ultimatia summons Kamui. After telling Ultimatia to stay out of his battle, Kamui rushes Ragna. At the end of the episode, Ragna had already made plans to defeat Kamui using his Anti-Monarch Technique.
