A strange thing happened in the Overwatch 2 training area when a player discovered a funny issue with characters becoming extremely long. The area is created for practice but it’s also a place for funny incidents. It only happens there and you have to perform certain moves to make it happen again.
It wasn’t the first time Overwatch 2 experienced issues of this nature; some people on Reddit were afraid while others found humour in it. Other aspects of the game may also experience problems such as characters appearing differently or becoming trapped in one spot.

While some users noticed on the scary appearance another added humour by calling the extended images “Daddy Long Legs.” The incident was strange but funny, as the community’s reaction proved.
Some in-game characters have ongoing issues besides bugs linked to the landscape. For example a recent issue rendered one of Overwatch 2’s powerful heroes, Reinhardt unexpectedly grey earning a lot of attention from fans. The Practice Range glitch is just another strange element to the game’s collection of funny yet unexpected glitches.
In Overwatch 2 the Practice Range is a major training area where players may hone their abilities and try out different characters in a bot-populated simulation. This map meets players training needs with customisable in-game settings and range markers.
But now along with providing an objective the Practice Range is also an opportunity for the appearance of a funny but strange character model glitch. A player discovered an unexpected bug that warps character images into weird stretched forms while going through the Practice Range in Overwatch 2.
This unusual only shows itself in the Practice Range and requires exact player actions to be duplicated. Overwatch 2 characters on the Practice Range appeared stretched in images posted by Reddit user FalloutJaegar who described their experience with this bug.
As per the user’s account the bug may be activated by directing the player character to interact with a certain lamp and afterwards doing a leap that causes the character model to get stretched.
