In the previous episode, viewers were treated to a revealing flashback of Ohara Island, showcasing a young Dr. Vegapunk and the origins of the Revolutionary Army. Robin finds the connection to a giant, when they meet Vegapunk in the current time, they find out about his abilities and inventions.

In the beginning of the episode, we saw a flashback of Ohara Island after a big attack. We see a young Dr. Vegapunk talking to some giants, who were saving books from a lake. Then, Monkey D. Dragon, a friend of Vegapunk, appears. They talk about starting the Revolutionary Army, but Vegapunk says no because there’s no money for his research.
Back in the present, the Straw Hats are shocked by these informations. Robin asks if a giant named Jaguar D. Saul, who Vegapunk mentioned, was there that day. She starts crying when she learns he was. Meanwhile, Vegapunk meets Luffy’s group. He explains that he has a special power from eating the Brain-Brain Fruit, which made his brain too big, so he had to remove it and store it in a system. He also talks about his satellites.
At the end of the episode, Bonney tries to get revenge on Vegapunk but faints because of bugs. Luffy asks about a robot, and then CP0 arrives.
