The chapter picks up with Drake’s fight against the CP0 agent. The agent asks Drake to explain himself as he pushes his sword for a final blow. He simply states that this is what his justice requires of him. After trying to express his envy for his opponent, the agent dies.
People in the Flower Capital are ready to release fireboats with their wishes attached. Meanwhile, Luffy and Kaidou continue to fight on Onigashima’s rooftop. Luffy’s constant attacks overload Kaidou, who is in the state of a drunken beggar.
Luffy is irritated to see his opponent intoxicated during their fight and yells angrily at him. Kaidou transforms into his dragon form and tells Luffy that he is not the only one who can see into the future.
