Fans have been anticipating an outcome to the War for Paradis and the destinies of Eren Jaeger, his friends, enemies, and everyone in between for the better part of 2021, with questions and theories abounding.

In the fourth and final season of the Attack on Titan anime series, titled Attack on Titan: The Final Season, producers Jun Shishido and director Yichiro Hayashi replace Tetsuro Araki and Masashi Koizuka. Hiroshi Seko took over the series structure and replaced Kyoji Asanosa as character designer by switching production studios, resulting in a cast reshuffle. The season covers the “Marley” and “War for Paradis” arcs from Hajime Isayama’s manga (chapters 91–106 and 107–139, respectively).
Gabi Braun and Falco Grice, two young Eldian Warrior candidates four years after the failed mission to claim the Founding Titan, are the focus of this season’s storey. He is preparing to launch an attack on Paradis in order to shore up the defences and recover the Founding Titan, which has been lacking for some time. Gabi, Falco, Reiner, and other Titans go to war against the Paradis warriors after Eren Jaeger reveals a new strategy for dealing with a Marleyan invasion.
Both the Marleyan Warriors and the Survey Corps have suffered significant losses in this battle, and both are questioning the best way to win. Gabi and Falco must deal with internal conflict over Paradis’ “devils,” while Eren’s colleagues believe he has begun down a dangerous path.
