My hero Academia Chapter 383 has been Delayed

Manga artist Kohei Horikoshi is taking a two-week sabbatical, according to dependable news leaker @WSJ manga on Twitter. This is not a break for the magazine or publishing since all other Weekly Shonen Jump serializations will go on as scheduled. Chapter 384 of the My Hero Academia manga was planned to appear in Weekly Shonen Jump issue 16, whereas chapter 383 was supposed to appear in issue 15. Because of the manga artist Kohei Horikoshi’s poor health, there have been sporadic gaps throughout the previous few months. The mangaka’s health has not improved, in spite of the breaks, which worries the readers. However, the precise reason for the breaks has remained a secret. According to reports, Weekly Shonen Jump issue 17—which comes out on March 27—will now contain chapter 383. By March 23 at the latest, spoilers for the same will probably be available.

Fans are relieved about Horikoshi’s health

Fans are glad to learn that Horikoshi, the man behind the My Hero Academia manga, isn’t working so much that his health suffers, in any case. While this has long been a source of concern in the manga and anime industries, Kentaro Miura’s untimely death in May 2021 as the creator, author, and artist of Berserk placed the issue into sharper relief. While they wait for chapter 383 of the My Hero Academia manga to be released on March 27, 2023, fans can read the earlier chapters. On the Shonen Jump app, MangaPlus, and Viz Media, they can accomplish this.

Recap of Chapter 382

The intense battles between the heroes and the villains of the Paranormal Liberation Front continue to escalate in My Hero Academia. Todoroki uses his Ultimate Move, “Phosphor,” to defeat Dabi, who has become increasingly unstable due to his uncontrollable “Blueflame” Quirk.

Meanwhile, other heroes defend the containment facility against the colossal villain Gigantomachia, while another group fights against the mutant army led by Spinner, who is attempting to rescue the villain Kurogiri from Central Hospital. In the midst of the chaos, Endeavor and Hawks confront All For One at Gunga Mountain. During the fight, Hawks lands a devastating blow to All For One’s protective mask, revealing the vulnerable villain within.

Endeavor unleashes his full force on All for One, seemingly defeating him, but the supervillain’s wounds start to heal spontaneously. As the battle against Shigaraki rages on, Bakugo suffers a critical injury while attempting to strike the villain with his powerful “Explosion” Quirk. However, Mirio’s appearance and a remark he makes awaken the spirit of Tenko Shimura within Shigaraki, revealing that he is not completely fused with All for One’s remnants. The heroes look on in despair as Shigaraki punches a hole through Bakugo’s chest.
