The most current chapter begins with Kiryu Setsuna, Tokita Ohma, and Narushima Koga set to begin a conference. Koga is seated next to Kiryu, but at the same time, Koga requests Kiryu give him some room, which sparks a discussion. Kiryu responds that this is a major surprise for him because, like Koga, the “Inside” is also his home, where he has grown up and learned things, when Koga questions him about his motivation in “Inside” and what he is doing there later in the chapter. At this point, Koga questioned Kiryu about whether Ryuki had learned all the techniques he had used in the most recent combat.
Yes, Kiryu responds, adding that they had destroyed worms together and that he asked him to teach him such moves. Koga became enraged by this, and he suddenly rose up, grabbed Kiryu by the neck, and claimed that he was the one who created Ryuki in the current state. Even so, Kiryu admits that he misunderstands him since he never gave Ryuki the same orders that he did in the past.
Kiryu replies that Ryuki never stopped doing it after all of this and that’s all there is to it. He even swears that he never had Ryuki do anything like that. As Ohma sees that the situation is out of control, he tells Koga to put the argument to rest because it isn’t moving the conversation forward.
When Ohma asks Kiryu when he last saw Ryuki, Kiryu responds that it was the day before he returned to the “Inside.” Later in the chapter, Kiryu states that Ryuki is currently in a difficult situation and is caught between a rock and a hard place.
