Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Game gets new Naruto and Sasuke forms

Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a trailer for Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections game.

Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a trailer for Naruto x Boruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections game. The new trailer has revealed that Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha will join the game as new playable characters.

The game will be making its way to consoles, including PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam this year. Apart from the 124 characters from previous titles, the new game will also introduce new playable ninjas such as Ashura and Indra.

A brief history of Naruto games

The Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 game was launched on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in North America and Japan in February 2016. Bandai Namco Entertainment then released Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto, an expansion for the game, in February 2017.

The company also launched the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Legacy collection that came with Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Dobuto. The game was released for PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the West in August 2017. The Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto game shipped for Nintendo Switch in April 2020.

Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Trilogy, which bundled with the first three games in the Ultimate Ninja Storm game series, was released on PS4 in Japan in July 2017. bandai Namco Entertainment released the trilogy digitally outside Japan for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in August 2017. The game collection was then released for Switch consoles in April 2018.

Monochrome Mobius coming to PS5, PS4 soon

NIS America has announced that it will be releasing AQUAPLUS’ Monochrome Mobius: Rights and Wrongs Forgotten for PS5 and PS4 in the West in the fall. The company also released a trailer along with the announcement.

NIS America will also release a limited edition that will feature a hardcover visual book, an original soundtrack, a cloth poster, acrylic displays, art cards, and a collector’s box. The game was released worldwide on PC via Steam by Shiravune and DMM on September 8. The game’s PS5 and PS4 versions were released in Japan on the same day.

The game commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Utawarerumono franchise. The head writer of the franchise Suga Munemitsu is credited for the game’s original concept and script. The artist mi in charge of designing the characters. Franchise character designers Tatsuki Amazuyu and Misato Mitsumi are credited for the original character designs. The music for the game has been composed by Naoya Shimokawa.
