Going into it, I thought this chapter was excessively graphic and violent. Elders and spies from the Blade God Martial School are attempting to get to the seventh floor of the subterranean. Distinct sections make up the seven-story imperial guardian hall.
As they attempt to access one of the hidden chambers, the Blood Blade Leader has already made it to the seventh floor. She has strength. In a single swift motion, she vanquished the third guardian and severed its limbs. So she moved to the seventh floor, leaving the sixth for the other members to manage.
Simultaneously, on the fourth floor, one of the Blde God Martial school members was left behind. His mission was to make it appear as though a demonic cult had attacked the body by applying marks resembling demonic swords to the flesh.
But all of a sudden Bong showed up and discovered him. He was easy to deal with, according to the Martial School member. But then Cheon showed up, pounded him in a flash, and continued to grill him with questions. He proceeded to slash his arms and legs sequentially.
Just before the chapter comes to a close, on the sixth floor, a ceiling collapses as the guards and elders of the Blade God Martial School engage in combat. In his haste to eliminate his foes, Cheon is heading directly toward the basement.
