One command will bring up the Seed for your Java Minecraft world. You should have no trouble getting your world’s Seed back, even if you’ve disabled cheats.

Obtaining the world’s seed in Minecraft is straightforward. After pressing T to open the chat window (the client’s default binding), type “/seed” and press Enter to view the seed of the world you’re currently in.
