Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) professional player Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh has been in talks with TSM India regarding a potential move. With Arun “ShadowOG” Mandhalkar departing TSM India, the organization has been struggling to find an in-game leader (IGL) who can deliver results. However, Mavi has made it clear that he would only join TSM under one condition. Mavi’s Condition to Join TSM’s BGMI Roster: Trials in Ongoing Scrims.

Mavi’s Potential Move to TSM India

Mavi has expressed that he is willing to join TSM, but only if he is invited for trials in the ongoing BGMI scrims. Currently, Mavi is playing BGMI scrims with Ashutosh “Punkk” Singh, Harsh “IMMORTAL” Shrivastava, and Hemanth “Ultron” Sethi. He clarified that Ultron is still signed with Team 8Bit, and they are playing together only for a limited time. Mavi stated, “I will only play with them (TSM) if they call me for a trial.” He made it clear that he would not join TSM unless they allow him to trial in the ongoing scrims. Mavi is open to joining an esports organization that meets his needs, and he added, “I am currently playing with Punkk, IMMORTAL, and Ultron, and I am happy with them.” In the past, Mavi has expressed his desire to join an organization where he would have complete control over the team as an IGL.

Mavi’s Requirement for Joining TSM

Mavi’s comments come shortly after he was removed from the Tier-1 Scrims due to a “lack of achievements.” The ongoing BGMI scrims have a rule that requires all members of a roster to be Tier-1 players, which is something that Mavi’s group does not fulfil. This has caused confusion and frustration within the BGMI community, with players expressing their dissatisfaction with the scrims. Hrishav “Hrishav” Kumar also pointed out that despite having the required achievements, the organizers refuse to offer a slot in the scrims.

Mavi is an accomplished BGMI player, with a third-place finish in the PUBG Mobile Club Open 2019 – Spring Split: India and a second-place finish in the PUBG Mobile India Tour 2019, among others. There are rumors of BGMI making a return, and it could be an opportune time for TSM to pick up Mavi as their BGMI IGL.

With Mavi’s requirement for trials in the ongoing BGMI scrims and his proven accomplishments as a BGMI player, TSM may need to consider meeting his condition in order to secure him as a valuable addition to their roster. As the BGMI community faces challenges and frustrations with scrims, it will be interesting to see how Mavi’s potential move to TSM India unfolds and if he will find an organization that meets his needs as an IGL in the ever-evolving world of BGMI esports.
