Fans can’t wait to see Mash to rescue in Mashle: Magic and Muscles Chapter 157. In the previous chapter, House Orca comes to Mash’s aid; therefore, in the upcoming chapter, things are likely to take an unexpected turn. Mash exerted additional force to gain entry power, and then he finished with a technique fit for much larger muscles.
Mash, however, turned Gaia’s explosion against Innocent Zero, and the resulting second wave was significantly stronger. To avoid the wave, he used pebbles to propel himself forward. The location of Mash eluded Innocent Zero’s detection efforts. When he got close enough, he hid his body under some rocks so there wouldn’t be as much ground to cover.

Innocent Zero used his time travel abilities to propel him back in time. To reduce the number of casualties, Mash was using his own body to block Innocent Zero’s spells, all the while trying to get near enough to use his flick. Mash disproved Innocent Zero’s assumption that he was weak by continuing to fight and employing his flick. Still, Mash was unable to approach him.
By that point, even Mash had run out of steam and was unable to help Finn and Meliadoul. The wrong magical blast could wipe them out entirely, and he kept swiftly firing them; combined with his ability to manipulate time, this gave him a decisive advantage. Finn conceded early, knowing they had no chance of success against such an overwhelming foe.
Finn was ready for them to end, but Mash tried one more flick at Innocent Zero. He wasn’t sure why he was bothering, because it wasn’t doing any damage. Mash found the motivation to give it another go by thinking back on the good times he’d had with his master and pals. While sacrificing Mashel for his own ambitions, Innocent Zero informed him that he should have embraced his future.
Mash’s only hope of winning was to close the gap between them, so he did just that. Finn lost hope and realized he needed Mash’s help if they were going to have a future together, while Mash saved everything for the final blow. But Innocent Zero didn’t understand how his arm suddenly started moving on its own. Mash needed assistance getting to Innocent Zero, and House Orca came to his aid, figuring they could provide that.
