Previously in Chapter 29

The chapter opens with Jinha completing the task and beating Hayeon by dragging the Black Eagle Guild member to the conclusion. When one of the guild members made a snide comment about one of the members’ sisters in an attempt to provoke Jinha, he shut his mouth.

After dragging them through the entire dungeon, Jinha eventually ran into the dungeon guards. A large number of soldiers had congregated in one spot to block the exit. However, Jinha easily outclassed them. He eliminated every last inhabitant of the dungeon.

Obviously, that would help his standing. Since the Black Eagle Guild member was unable to take his own life, he considered insulting Jinha’s niece in the hopes that she would kill him on accident.

But when this happened before, Jinha didn’t just kill the guy. Jinha tortured the man in real life by using his “Heal” vulnerability. Therefore, Jinha would not necessarily kill them even if he angered him. He would torment them and then abandon them if they survived.

Once he arrived in Jinha and showed no mercy, he went all effort to complete the mission, and the chapter improved as a result. Now I just have to watch for him to start his own guild. The similarities between this chapter and the light novel are striking. It’s a breath of fresh air after the last few chapters’ worth of dramatic shifts. The only difference was Jinha’s sword, which he now had in his hand, and the explosive motion of the arms of the stone troops. Since it moves so quickly in the light book, he rarely ever used his absolute domain in that way. Aside from that, it followed the story very closely.
