Looking at the man who is bleeding makes Kim Euihyun think about dying. The men in suits speculate about whether Yeongdo traveled alone and subsequently spread rumors that Kim Sahyeok’s son is an omega. Someone mentions being at Sowang-dong to their supervisor over the phone.
After hailing a cab to the beach, Euihyun plans to drag Kim Euiyoung into the water. As Euihyun is about to dive into the ocean, Yeo Taeju catches up with him and drags him back to shore. Taeju tries to steal Euiyoung, but he resists and gives him back.
Euihyun tells Euiyoung he is actually his younger brother in the automobile. When Taeju asks if Euihyun is a virgin, he licks his lips as a joke. Taeju orders Euihyun to stay after Yeo Wonyoung abducts Euiyoung.[1] In an office, Taeju comes across information on Euihyun and his $180,000 debt.
He may be able to receive sixty grand if he sells his house. Taeju is suggesting that Euihyun sell his body to settle the debt, in response to what he would do. Taeju puts so much pressure on Euihyun that he attacks him till he passes out.
Death has always been on Euihyun’s mind, and he doesn’t know why. Having a child was agony on earth, and he couldn’t care less about the timing of his death. Little did Euihyun anticipate the devastating consequences of telling a cab to halt by the water. Fearing for the child’s safety, Euihyun questions whether he should keep him or risk beating or starvation.
As he embraces Euiyoung, promising brighter days ahead, Euihyun can’t help but think about how he lost faith in such a future and ended up exactly like him if he returned. Euihyun feels his life was terrible before Taeju entered it, reflecting on how naively he believed those comments. Euihyun is 27 years old and an Omega, while Euiyoung is his younger brother.
