The most recent installment of the series chronicles three significant events. All of which transpire subsequent to the conclusion of the conflict. First, we notice that aging men like Seo Mun and the others are a direct result of the conflict and the failure to take necessary precautions.
We see this again and again. For instance, Seo Mun raves about how Jo Un resisted the urge to murder his assigned victim. In the meantime, the Iron Brigade’s leaders are holding private discussions about the nature of their present assignment.
When the head of the group noticed that the suspicious-looking delivery box didn’t seem to contain the money they were expecting, he decided to open it and take a look. Finally, Seo Mun returns, fuming that Jo Un lied to him by having him meet him in the woods when he had nothing to do with the murders.
Jo Un finally lost it after Seo Mun yelled at him repeatedly because he was so enraged that Jo Un didn’t appear to hear a word he was saying. Even though the former had provided for him and taught him the skills of the martial arts. Jo Un murders, and using his powers, he swallows the blood, noting that he is not something that he can own him. As this tangled situation finally resolves, Jo Un notices signs that someone is approaching.
