What to Expect

The first episode of Laid-Back Camp’s third season will be a departure from previous efforts, as a new production team plans to bring the show back to its manga roots. Because of this change, fans’ hopes for the next season are higher than they were before. With more winter camping adventures in store for Nadeshiko, Rin, and the Outdoor Activities Club, fans can look forward to even more exciting and perilous camping places in the future.

Maria Sashide (Ema Mizunami) and Kokoa Amano (Nakatsugawa) are the newcomers to Laid-Back Camp’s third season. Reincarnated as a Slime director Shin Tosaka is a member of the production crew. Studio 8-bit is responsible for the animation, and Yuyushiki alum Masafumi Sugiura writes the writing. Akiyuki Tateyama’s score and Takanori Hashimoto’s character designs breathe fresh vitality into the program.

Viewers continue to enjoy the warm and fuzzy winter camping stories in Laid-Back Camp season 3. At this point, it is unclear whether each season builds on the previous one or if there is a break in between. One thing is certain: new adventures are on the way. The protagonist, Nadeshiko, journeys from Shizuoka to Yamanashi in the hopes of finally catching a glimpse of Mount Fuji.
