Recap of the Previous Chapter

We learn early on in Juvenile Offender that Yoonsung joined at the delinquent school not because he was a bad kid but rather to exact revenge on the bullies who had previously victimized him.

After crippling Han Jihoon, Yoonsung plans to do the same to Lee Sangcheol, the one person responsible for ruining Yoongsung’s life. Quickly approaching Lee Sangcheol, Han Jihoon sprayed aerosol spray on him and began fighting him, knowing full well that overcoming Sangcheol in straight-on combat would be difficult.

Jihoon continues to severely beat Sangcheol and breaks his face, but Sangcheol takes advantage of the chance to clean his eyes with blood from his face. Han Jihoon even considered doing this, and now that Sangcheol has given up his equilibrium and is on the ground, he begins to fight Sangcheol in a hand-to-hand duel.

Han Jihoon continues to attack Sangcheol in order to disable him. He even forced blades and cloth clippers into Sangcheol’s mouth before beginning to hit him. Sangcheol’s tongue was torn off as a result, and he was left unable to talk or swallow.

Han Jihoon begins Juvenile Offender Chapter 10 by utterly eliminating everyone who tormented and wronged him. He then fights for justice in a school that is riddled with crime and scumlike individuals. Yoongsung has threatened all of the school’s officers with punishment for the crimes they have done, and because he is given free rein, he swiftly gains control, overthrows the school’s structure, and rules everyone.
