The unexpected developments in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 179 included Kurourushi’s sudden appearance, which caused the three-way domain duel to collapse. Jujutsu Kaisen 180 raw scan tease Yuta versus Ishigori fight and reveal winner of the faceoff

To the dismay of fans, the chapter showed all three domains collapsing before readers could get a glimpse of any of them, and Takako Uro collapsing later in the chapter made it unlikely that we would see her domain again later on.

The stage was set for the next showdown after Ishigori and Yuta quickly exorcised Kurourushi.

Everything Jujutsu Kaisen 180 raw scan reveal about upcoming chapter

The raw scans show the first page of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 180, titled “Sendai Colony Part 7,” and show a happy Orimoto Rika hugging two dolls that resemble Yuta and his cursed technique, Rika, who bears Orimoto’s will.

The following leaked panel depicts Yuta and Ishigori preparing to fight, the former with Rika by his side. The panel is similar to the last page of Chapter 179, where it was stated that Yuta’s cursed technique had not yet recovered.

Yuta and Ishigori appear to be aiming their blasts at each other. Yuta makes a cunning move by pretending to be unable to attack Ishigori with cursed energy blasts, but the latter discovers that Rika can fire blasts on her own, which Yuta uses to try to corner him. To his surprise, he tries to aim a blast at the younger sorcerer, but it is deflected upwards.

The leaked raw scans from Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 180 also show that Yuta has indeed copied Uro’s technique, redirecting Ishigori’s cursed energy blast back at him. He demonstrated his adaptability once more, switching between using his cursed technique and engaging in close-quarters physical combat. He also works well with Rika, punching Ishigori before she hits him on the head.

The majority of this fight appears to be taking place in the span of five minutes, which is the maximum amount of time Yuta can maintain a steady link with Rika. According to the spoilers, the fight finally goes past the five-minute mark, and Rika’s manifestation vanishes after one last hit from Ishigori.

At this point, the fight appears to have become even more intense, with another spoiler showing Yuta unleashing a barrage of attacks on Ishigori without giving him time to recover.

Ishigori is forced to use all of his power to attack, but it literally backfires on him. Yuta holds him down on the ground and hits him with a massive blast that turns out to be his own attack, which Yuta redirects back towards him using Uro’s technique.

The final leaked panel of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 180, which also happens to be the chapter’s final page, depicts a defeated Ishigori thanking Yuta for the fight and remarking that he is full. The following is the chapter preview for the next chapter:

“Finishing the meal with no regrets!”

Jujutsu Kaisen 180 Spoiler Observation

The leaked spoilers provide some intriguing hints and give us a good idea of what will happen in the upcoming Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 180. The appearance of Orimoto Rika on the title page implies that the power-up that the cursed technique Rika undergoes as a result of bearing Orimoto’s will will play a significant role in the fight between Yuta and Ishigori.

The chapter is also rich in references to food, hunger, and especially dessert, with dessert serving as the finale to a lavish meal signalling Ishigori’s demise. While fans do not get to see his domain, Ishigori is still pushing to use his entire reserve of power to match Yuta, even without Rika, demonstrating just how powerful Yuta is right now.

While Ishigori appears to be alive in the chapter’s final panel, it is clear that Yuta will kill him. Reggie Star’s final moments in the Tokyo No. 1 Colony arc after being defeated by Fushiguro Megumi are reminiscent of this scene.
