Apex Legends Season 14 will conclude on November 1, but players have already set their eyes on Season 15 and a potential new map that could embrace the game. The new event brings Loba’s Garra de Alanza fan Heirloom and several new cosmetics. Another exciting addition is the Gun Run LTM.

Players have been keen on jumping on the new map since 2021. Respawns’ new Beast of Prey Collection Event should be able to impatient fans at bay for a while.

How Gun Run functions

Gun Run puts a players team against three different teams in a race which pretty much resembles the classic FPS game mode Gun Game. Every time a player’s character succumbs to death to a weapon, they get advanced to the next weapon in a race to finish the weapon track. The final weapon they get will be the new throwing knife.

An interesting wrinkle is taking down foes propels players over their teammates and awards them with the next highest weapon on the track. Not all team members are required to play with all 25 weapons.

Besides, with the Infinite ammo, health items, and automatic respawns, the overall experience gets elevated. Players can enjoy Gun Run on Skulltown and Fragment East (World’s Edge) maps.

When is it coming to Apex Legends?

As mentioned earlier, Gun Run will come to the game with the Beast of Prey Collection event on September 20 and will be taken out from Apex on October 4. Since Gun Run is only in the pool for two weeks, players should ensure they churn the most out of the LTM, as it would be difficult to know when it will become available for the game.
