The fans are excited for Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End Episode 26 which will be out soon. The events in the anime take place just after Frieren and her companions defeat the demon king in battle. Heiter forces his young human pupil Fern onto Frieren as their decades-long voyage ends. Together, Frieren and Fern travel to places that Frieren and her friends used to frequent. She plans to dwell on the fact that she was unable to develop stronger bonds with her earlier companions on this new journey.

Episode 25 of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End features Frieren and the others brainstorming ways to beat Fern’s copy of Frieren. Dunste shows up out of nowhere and tells the gang what happened to Edel and Blei. Also, he passes forth information regarding the copies. Richter suggests they find their vulnerabilities, while Denken suggests they find out who made the copies.
Following that, Lawine and Kanne show up. After getting into a short dispute with Richter over his decision to withhold information, Lawine decides to spill the beans about Spiegel. Denken tells the gang that they need to open Spiegel’s sealed door if they wish to defeat him. Frieren states that they will need to vanquish her doppelgänger in order to accomplish this.
In this montage, our team is plotting our next move in our rematch with the Frieren replica. Lawine gives Frieren some information about the other duplicates’ impending arrival, and Frieren then proposes that Lawine and Fern battle Frieren’s replica. She would prefer that the others take care of their own copies.
After Frieren and Fern reach the treasure chamber, Frieren engages in combat with her carbon copy. Frieren and Serie are the subjects of yet another flashback. After consulting with Frieren, Serie learns about Flamme’s will but still declines to fulfill Flamme’s wish that she teach imperial wizards of the future.
Serie and Frieren take a walk. They talk about Flamme’s history and the beautiful future of humanity. Serie tells Frieren that the Demon King or a human magician would be the ones to murder Frieren. Now we’re back in the here and now, watching Frieren and her copy fight it out. At the end of the episode, Fern shoots Frieren’s copy with a Zoltraak.
