On Tuesday, the final chapter of the spinoff manga of Dragon Goes House-Hunting (Dragon, Ie o Kau.) by Kawo Tanuki and Choco Aya was published in the June edition of Mag Garden’s Monthly Comic Garden magazine.

The spinoff manga of Dragon Goes House-Hunting, created by Kawo Tanuki and Choco Aya, made its debut in Monthly Comic Garden in January, shortly after the original manga’s conclusion in December.

The storyline of the manga

Dragon Goes House-Hunting follows a powerful dragon who is kicked out of his home by his family and is left with nowhere to go. In search of a new place to call home, he meets various creatures who offer him places to stay, but he discovers that they all come with their own challenges and drawbacks. As the dragon tries to find his perfect home, he must navigate the dangers of the world and the eccentricities of his potential hosts.

The company describes the story as follows:

When a dragon fails to live up to the fearsome standards set for him, his family kicks him out. He embarks on a quest to find a new home, but soon finds that life on the road is no place for a cowardly beast of legend. In a fantasy world full of elves, dwarves, and other mythical creatures, where everyone wants a piece of him—literally!—the frustrations of house-hunting reach a whole new level.

The Dragon Goes House-Hunting manga was adapted into a TV anime series that debuted in April 2021, which Funimation simulcasted in English. The streaming service also made the English dubbed version available.
